to assessing the applicant's educational needs, such as

Prospective students will then be asked to visit
a Hamlin Robinson School (HRS) classroom. The visit includes
participation in class activities, as appropriate, including
lunch and recess. The school's caring, nurturing environment
makes the visit comfortable for the prospective student.
Teachers and administrators will
then determine the appropriateness of the HRS program for
meeting the applicant's needs. This will be based on a review
of data, records, and the student visit. If the school has
space and it is decided that HRS could meet the educational
needs of the applicant, an offer for admission will be made.
Should classes be full, the student will be placed on a waiting
list for the next available space. Enrollment will be confirmed
by the issuance of a Contract for Services.
