Ways to Give

Hamlin Robinson School relies on charitable gifts to provide financial aid, professional development opportunities, capital improvements, program enhancements, and more. All gifts, regardless of size, are valued. We hope you will contribute in a way that is meaningful to you -- it will be meaningful to us at HRS.

Please make checks payable to Hamlin Robinson School. Checks can be mailed to:

Make a Pledge

Rather than making an outright gift, you may wish to pledge your contribution over a period of time. Annual Fund pledges are payable by the end of the the school's fiscal year (June 30). Capital campaign or other major gift pledges can be paid over three to five years, allowing donors to give a more substantial amount and reap the benefit of tax deductions over a longer period of time.

Corporate Matching Gifts

Matching gifts from corporations and foundations can double or even triple your gift! If you make pledge payments, the benefit of matching can be realized over a number of years.

You can use Match Finder for more information about your company's matching gift policy.

Stocks & Property

Some donors prefer to make a gift of stocks or property.

Donors can discuss tax implications and charitable deductions with their tax advisor.

Please contact Maryann Nelson, Director of Finance and Business, for information about stock or property gifts. Click here for a link to the HRS stocks and securities donation form.

In-Kind Gifts

HRS welcomes donations of goods and services that support our educational program and mission. Technology, furniture, supplies, books, athletic equipment and other items can enhance students’ learning experience. Gift value is determined by the donor.

Planned Giving

Planned gifts are a meaningful way for donors to fulfill their financial and philanthropic goals. Unlike cash donations, they are typically made from assets in a financial estate rather than disposable income, and come to fruition upon death. A misconception is that planned giving is only for the "wealthy." The truth is, people of modest means can also make a difference through planned giving.

Hamlin Robinson School is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our tax ID number is 91-1344121.
