A non-refundable application fee of $75 must accompany each application or request for reenrollment. A $1,000 deposit is required with the signed contract for enrollment at HRS. The deposit is applied to the annual tuition. Tuition may be paid in 10 installments throughout the school year beginning August 1st.
At Hamlin Robinson School there is a greater than 20% shortfall between the actual cost of educating a student and the tuition paid by a student. Tax-deductible donations to the Annual Fund, Auction and other fundraising efforts help make up this difference.
Financial Aid
Hamlin Robinson School’s financial aid program offers limited aid to students. Awards are made based upon need. Hamlin Robinson School uses School and Student Services for Financial Aid (SSS - a service of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS)). Parents are asked for fill out a Hamlin Robinson School financial aid form and a SSS application. The SSS application may be mailed to SSS or may be filled out on-line. Financial aid awards for the following year are made in the spring. Funds permitting, additional awards are made throughout the summer.
SSS is used by more than 2,400 K-12 schools and organizations across the country to help assess a family's ability to pay for independent education and to help families feel confident that their request for financial aid is being treated objectively and professionally. Hamlin Robinson is committed to providing some financial aid to qualifying families.
