Hamlin Robinson School is accepting applications on a rolling basis for the 2026-2027 school year. We invite you to complete the inquiry form to schedule a tour.

Application Process

Step 1. Fill out the inquiry form on this page to get the admissions process started.

Step 2. Schedule a tour to learn more about language-based learning differences, visit classrooms, and observe intentional and effective education for students with dyslexia or similar academic challenges.
Our admissions team will reach out after receiving your inquiry form to provide access to the parent tour schedule. Then, simply create an account to self-schedule a tour on a date and time that works best for you.
Application materials will open to families online after attending the parent tour.

Step 3. Apply through our online application portal by completing the steps on the admissions checklist, which includes application forms, supporting documents, and teacher observation form requests.
Includes non-refundable application fee. If this fee is a financial barrier to apply, a fee waiver is available.

Step 4. Once application materials are received and reviewed for potential fit, prospective students will be invited to visit Hamlin Robinson School.
The admissions team, faculty, and staff take great care to make sure the visit is comfortable and engaging for prospective students.
Dates & Deadlines
2026-2027 School Year
- Fall 2025: The admissions application for the 2025-2026 school year opened (grades 1-8).
- January 15, 2026: 2026-2027 school year application were due for priority consideration.
- February 5, 2026: Tuition assistance applications (for those who wish to apply) were due for new applicant families. Applications are welcome after this deadline and awards will be made on a funds-available basis. Learn more.
- March 20, 2026: Families with applications submitted by January 15 will be notified of admission decisions.
- March 27, 2026: For families offered enrollment on March 20, signed enrollment agreement and deposit of $1,500 are due.
