How to Apply

We are currently accepting applications for select grades for Fall 2019. To learn more about HRS, the application process, and to schedule a time to tour the school, inquire with Nikki Kurtz, Admissions Associate, by e-mailing or by calling the school at 206-763-1167.

Key Dates for 2020-2021 Admissions:

January 16, 2020: 2020-2021 school year application due for priority consideration. We will continue to accept applications throughout the year and enroll on a space-available basis.

February 6, 2020: Financial Aid applications due for new applicant families

March 13, 2020: Families notified of admission decisions via postal mail

Hamlin Robinson School has rolling admissions. Space permitting, we accept applications and regularly admit qualified students throughout the second week of February.

The first step in exploring HRS is to come in and tour the school. Please read more about the application process below:

1. Tour the School

Schedule a time to tour the school and meet with Nikki Kurtz, Admissions Associate by emailing or calling the school at 206-763-1167.

2. Application

You will receive an application during your school tour.

Submit a completed application form, answering all items as fully as possible and submitting the required documentation. A non-refundable $100.00 application fee should be included.

3. Student Visit

Once your application is received, the child’s forms and records will be reviewed. Prospective students will be asked to visit a Hamlin Robinson School classroom. The visit includes participation in class activities, as appropriate, including lunch and recess. The school's caring, nurturing environment makes the visit comfortable for the prospective student.
