Schedule of Events:
5:30-6:30: Set up and dinner (a light dinner will be provided for boarding school representatives)
6:30: Doors open for the Educational Fair
6:30-7:00: Panel discussion and Q&A with Boarding School Representatives
8:30: Educational Fair concludes
All Boarding Schools -- both regionally and nationally -- are invited to participate in Seattle's second annual Boarding School Educational Fair. This event will help attendees form a greater understanding of a boarding school education and learn about participating schools.
During the Educational Fair, participating Boarding Schools will host display booths where attendees can engage in conversations with school representatives and collect materials. Each attendee (non-school representatives) will receive a goody bag to fill with materials they collect from the Educational Fair.

This event will be promoted widely throughout the Puget Sound region through social media, email marketing, print publications, and at other relevant events. Information will also be sent to independent schools throughout the region. All attendees will be from a highly-targeted audience, coming to learn about and explore Boarding School options.

Hamlin Robinson School is an accredited member of the Northwest Association of Independent Schools (NWAIS) and the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). Hamlin Robinson School serves 280 students in grades 1-8. The school's campus (built in 2015) is centrally located and easily accessible for families living in Seattle and the Eastside. Ample free street parking is available.
