For Kristin Karlson, launching Hamlin Robinson School's Early Childhood Education program is both a professional milestone and the opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground up.
With more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, Kristin has spent her career creating learning environments where children thrive through play, relationships, and responsive teaching. As the founding head of the program, she is excited to bring together best practices in early childhood education with Hamlin Robinson School's renowned expertise in language and literacy.
"I've always believed that the preschool years are some of the most important years in a child's life," Kristin says. "Children are naturally curious. They learn by asking questions, exploring their environment, building relationships, and making sense of the world around them through hands-on interactions. When we intentionally support those experiences with rich language and meaningful interactions, we're giving children a foundation that extends far beyond preschool."
