As we prepare to welcome families to campus for our Back to School Bash, we are busy orienting new faculty and staff, taking CPR and first aid training, organizing classrooms, and making the school ready for students.

The middle school construction project is nearing completion. As with any large-scale project, the timeline is contingent upon multiple factors, some static and some dynamic. With that in mind, we are sharing initial plans for our move to provide families with as much notice as possible. We ask for your patience in the event dates change.

At this time, first semester conferences (currently scheduled for Monday, November 21 and Tuesday, November 22) will take place on Wednesday, November 16 and Thursday, November 17. We will be closed on Friday, November 18, Monday, November 21, and Tuesday, November 22. On these three days, our faculty and staff will pack and move into their new space in the current building or their new space in the middle school building. The updated calendar is linked here.

On Monday, November 29, lower school students will be in the current building and middle school students in the new building. We will communicate updated information and details as we get closer to these dates.

This move is the culmination of many years of work, countless generous individuals, and a construction team who comes to work each day to share their trade skills to make this all possible. We can’t wait for the doors to open to the future of Hamlin Robinson School.

Thank you,
Stacy Turner
