Each year, as Level 8 students breathe a sigh of accomplishment following their graduation ceremony and on their last day of school, HRS welcomes them to a capstone on-campus event called Celebr8. This gathering gives Level 8 students and their teachers an opportunity to celebrate their achievements and reflect upon their time at Hamlin Robinson School.  

On a sunny day last June, Level 8 students filled the 4th floor Conference Center of the new Middle School, with teachers offering sparkling cider toasts and words of wisdom, including: 

• Treasure this moment, treasure this time. 

• Embrace the weird and wonderful things that help you succeed. 

• It’s tempting to blend in, but each of you is worthy of embracing your individuality. Don’t disappear. 

• Keeping you accountable has been one of my favorite jobs here. 

• Remember what makes you unique and hold on to that.
