Resident Teacher Program
A hands-on, mentored teaching experience
The Resident Teacher program is designed for anyone considering or starting a career in education. Each Resident Teacher is paired with a team of experienced educators for one academic year, providing classroom support, feedback, and direct mentorship from their teaching team and HRS Administration. Resident Teachers gain the tools to effectively teach and support students struggling with language-based skills such as reading, writing, and math. By the close of the academic year, Resident Teachers have gained invaluable experience that fuels their education careers at and beyond Hamlin Robinson School.
