Getting to HRS
Families commuting to Hamlin Robinson School can opt for a variety of transportation options, including private bus service, carpool, or public transportation. In the growing community of the Rainier Valley, we encourage families to consider options that reduce traffic congestion.

Currently enrolled families in grades 1-8 can find bus registration details on myHRS.
Pick Up and Drop Off Procedures
School Drop Off: 7:55am - 8:10am
- Drop your students off in the load/unload zone on Valentine Pl.
- Please pull all the way forward on Valentine Pl. as space allows.
- Please have students exit the vehicle on the passenger/sidewalk side only.
- Lower School Students will proceed down the playground stairwell and Middle School students will walk down State St to the middle school.
- Students arriving after 8:10am must check in at the front office.
Lower School 2:55pm - 3:10pm
Middle School 3:05pm - 3:20pm
- Please avoid entering the pickup line early.
- Please only enter Valentine Pl. from the south.
- Staff will guide students to the pick-up zone.
- Please stay in your car, do not wait for students on sidewalk.
- Teachers will load students into the first 4-5 cars at the front of the line. As these cars exit, the next cars should move forward.
