The HRS United 2026 Auction kicks off on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the Museum of Flight! This spirited, World Cup–inspired celebration brings our community together for an evening of championship-worthy food, world-class fun, and golden-goal auction items. Every dollar raised helps Hamlin Robinson School students shine and supports the transformative programs that change lives.

Invitations will be mailed in early 2026, so mark your calendar and get ready to cheer on Team HRS at this can’t-miss event!

In the meantime, we need your help to make this fundraiser a winning season. Right now, we’re scouting donations for our online and live auctions. We're looking for unique items, experiences, and opportunities that will have our bidders celebrating like they’ve just scored the winning goal.

Team up with your friends, family, and favorite local businesses to see who can contribute to the cause. Every assist makes a difference!

DONATE!

Auctions raise money by selling donated or “procured” items. We suggest donating items or experiences that you would enjoy. Below are some donation ideas, and we encourage your creative ideas as well. 

  • Travel accessories  
  • Group dinners  
  • Wine or other spirits 
  • Themed gift baskets (food, books, beauty products, etc.) 
  • Distillery tours  
  • Unique experiences 
  • Vacation rentals and weekend getaways
  • Sports tickets, stadium suites, or field passes  
  • Concert, symphony, ballet, or arts tickets 
  • Video or board games 
  • Handcrafted, one-of-a-kind items 
  • Sports equipment 
  • Gift cards or restaurant certificates 
  • Cash in support of item purchases

Be sure to fill out a procurement form for any items that you donate. Contact auction@hamlinrobinson.org to arrange item delivery. Procurements are due by February 20, 2026.

You won’t want to miss this year’s World Cup–inspired celebration! Tickets go on sale in January 2026. Join fellow members of the HRS team for an evening of great drinks, delicious food, and a championship-worthy auction. Together, we’ll rally support for this year’s Fund-A-Need, which provides vital resources for our students, faculty, and staff. Plus, 25% of all Fund-A-Need proceeds will be set aside for the Tuition Assistance Endowment, helping every player on Team HRS get in the game.
